Today's message was a look at the sermon. We were reminded that the sermon must be focused on the Word of God. Anything less is not a sermon but a motivational speech. We also looked at a few things to look for in a sermon. Make sure it views the Word of God as: the final authority, as the central content, as the Law & Gospel, and as relevant for us today.
